We executed a 'Cloud First' strategy using AWS as the primary platform. Our methodology began with a 6-week discovery phase to catalog all 230+ servers, classify workloads by cloud readiness, and build a business case with projected TCO savings.
The Solution
Migrated 230+ servers to AWS using the 6R strategy (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire, Retain). Decommissioned 2 data centers completely. Implemented AWS Landing Zone with full governance, and CloudHealth for ongoing FinOps management.
